SO Health-E is one of six cross-sector regional health equity coalitions in the state of Oregon funded by the Oregon Health Authority Office of Equity and Inclusion. Come learn about the model of our RHEC, meet some of the partners and community members that are part of our SO Health-E coalition and learn how you as an individual as well as your organization can support these efforts.
