Who can be a vendor? Anyone can apply to be a vendor. Community organizations without a 501c3 are welcome to apply, as well as nonprofits, businesses and artists. Why SO Health-E Is Endorsing the RVTD Levy Our Steering Committee voted to endorse Measure 15-240, the renewal of Rogue Valley Transportation District's local option tax levy on the May 19, 2026 primary ballot.
