  1. Who can be a vendor?

Anyone can apply to be a vendor. Community organizations without a 501c3 are welcome to apply, as well as nonprofits, businesses and artists.

Vendors must uphold antiracist, queer- and trans-affirming values. LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC-owned, and local vendors are especially welcome.

  2. How are applications reviewed?

Applications are reviewed by a volunteer committee. Materials, displays, and products must be approved and are subject to reevaluation.

  3. Prohibited: No alcoholic beverages, tobacco or smoking products, homophobic, transphobic, or racist material, or explicit material that is not suitable for people under 18 years of age may be sold or displayed. This includes prohibiting food trucks from selling alcoholic beverages at Rogue X during the event.

  4. What should vendors bring?

Bring your own tables and chairs. The event is indoors—no canopies needed.

If you choose to bring a canopy it must have rubber feet so that it does not damage the floor at Rogue X.
