Welcome to sohealthe.org. SO Health-E is the Regional Health Equity Coalition serving Jackson and Josephine Counties, Oregon. We use this website to share information about our mission, our community partnerships, and our work to advance health equity and address the social determinants of health.

Donations
SO Health-E is fiscally sponsored by the Linn Benton Lincoln Health Equity Alliance, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations made through this site are processed by our fiscal sponsor and are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
Donations are final and are generally not refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Our content
Unless we say otherwise, the text, graphics, logos, and materials on this site belong to SO Health-E or are used with permission. You are welcome to share and link to our content for noncommercial, educational, or community purposes as long as you credit SO Health-E and do not change the meaning.
